I“What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?”
We are so sorry to hear your order wasn’t perfect! Every product is quality-checked before shipping, but we know accidents happen in transit.
You are entitled to a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Here is what to do:
- Please email us within 3 days of delivery via sales@studioejm.co.uk
- Include your Order Number and a brief description of the fault.
- Crucially: Attach clear photographs of the damage, including a photo of the original shipping box/packaging. (We need this to file a claim with the courier.)
Once we confirm the fault, we will immediately send you a pre-paid return label. You will receive your full refund (including original shipping costs) as soon as the damaged item is received and inspected by our team.
